I believe the future is a consequence of our past choices. Those past choices have lead you to this current place in your life. This is where you are now. If your past (and present) life choices continue this way, they will become your future.
I believe in compassionate transformation through self awareness. The better you know yourself, the better you can recreate your life. But, you have to do the work. There are no quick fixes to complicated problems. Transformation is never easy. But it CAN be done.
